Hi! How is everything going? I thought today I would post a super easy and tasty Mugcake recipe. You can do it in the microwave in just two minutes and it tastes delicious. Let’s get started!
5 teaspoons of flour
1+1/2 teaspoons of sugar
1/4 teaspoons of baking powder
4 teaspoons of olive oil
4 teaspoons of milk
*Note: For the sugar I prefer Brown sugar and for the milk I use Oat milk, but you can do it whoever you want it is going to be tasty anyway! And for the egg I prefer if it is ecological because is healthier.
First of all, mix al the dry ingredients in the Mug you are going to use for the cake. And in a glass mix all the liquid ingredients. It is okay to mix them all together and the sequence is irrelevant. Once everything is mixed, put the liquid ingredients in the Mug and mix again, being sure to not left any lumps of flour. And that is it!! So easy don’t you think? Of course now is your turn for creativity. In my case in one of the mixture I added some frozen strawberries, some chocolate spots and some pink food coloring so the cake has a really pretty pink colour and the strawberry gives it a really good texture. In the other one I added a spoon of spread chocolate so when you are eating it the melted chocolate comes out. It’s great! Now put it into the microwave for 2 minutes and a half at maximum power. Sometimes it is not enough so put it an extra half minute. And now enjoy!
